I just can’t resist the sweetest and softest Krispy Kreme, and it is not included in my diet. Who wouldn’t love KK? No matter how hard I resist, I couldn’t say no and stop by and grab some yummies.
Just a quick post to say thank you to my friend Jes who gave me a Red Ribbon Cake all the way from Arkansas! You surprised me lot, though I actually expected it, lol. Seriously, you made my birthday extra extra special!! Also to Joy, who made everything possible and exerted all the effort and delivered my cake on time!
Will post more of my birthday in my SAHM blog.
It has been awhile since I had my cheesecake. Aside from the calories that a cheesecake has, it’s too sweet for my taste. I haven’t tried baking one and thought about just buying at available store when we crave. I hope the next time I post here, it would be my own baked cheesecake according to my preference, not too sweet or cheesy, just enough for our cravings. My daughters craved for cheesecake so I bought a few slices. They requested for Cheesecake, Etc but there is no available store near us. I settled for a local one, New York Cheese from Festival. The taste is comparable to cheesecake from Krispy Kreme.
Younger daughter was craving for a cake last Sunday. When she craves for a cake, I really give in. I bought her a petite Choco Cherry Torte from Goldilocks filled with strawberry filling. Though she wanted Choco Caramel Decadence, she finds the cake appealing because of the red cherries topped in it.
