Lumpiang Shanghai or Spring Roll is cooked filled with ground pork or beef, minced onion, carrots, and spices with beaten egg wrapped together with Lumpia wrapper. In my recipe, I always include celery to enhance the taste. Lumpia is best served with sweet and sour sauce. Lumpia has been our favorite meal on weekends. I find it so dry with only Lumpia in my meal so I always include nilaga as our soup.
