Dessert on your plate!

Colorful variety of fruits whether canned, fresh, juiced are important. It wouldn’t make less even if they’re frozen.  Fruits  are  key sources of nutrients to reduce the risk  of  disease.   Colors add an appeal of  a dessert  to  your plate.   Because of too many reasons  why  we should eat  fruits,   why not take half of your meal with these kind of  desserts.
