When my daughter asked me to buy Cream Dory last week for their cooking class, I bought extra pack for us and cooked for our dinner yesterday. Here’s my recipe.
3/4 kilo cream dory
olive oil or butter
7 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
two tablespoon sugar (add as desired)
Marinade fish fillet with lemon and pepper then roll in garlic breading.
Heat butter in a non-stick frying pan. Fry fish fillets. Cook for seven minutes on each side or until fish turned brown. When cooked, set aside.
In the same pan, saute garlic, onion and put the mushroom. Season with pepper, salt and sugar. Put the cream and mix until cooked. Serve fish with sauce.
