According to Wikipedia, Arroz a la cubana is a Spanish dish consisting of rice, a fried egg and tomato sauce. It is served with sunny side up egg and plantain banana (saba).
Here is my own version of Arroz a la cubana using only tomato instead of tomato sauce.
1/2 kilo beef
1 pc carrot, cut into small cubes
two tomatoes, cut into small cubes
2 tbsp raisins
1 bell pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Saute garlic, onion. Add the beef, tomato, bell pepper and raisins. Season with salt and pepper
Serve with fried cooked sunny side up and plantain banana (saba)
