It looks like I’ve been caught up with the season that I lost track updating my blog these days. We had our Christmas party early on this year. Our party was held last December 8 at Governor’s Place Clubhouse, Mandaluyong. We agreed for potluck system and here’s what everyone shared for the party.
Chicken from Bedai who came late that day. I knew how hard it was to get a cab that day that fell on Saturday where EDSA was jampacked with traffic.
Pichi-pichi from Jing.. Oh I love it. I missed the pichi-pichi pasalubong from Jes while she was still here in Manila.
Cake from Jingke. She actually brought two cakes, choco and vanilla. Now, I realized why she craved for two different flavors. Let’s wait til she reveals the news straight from her mouth.
Sago, pandan gulaman from Honey. The sweetest I’ve ever tasted and I love it to bits. she also brought us Spaghetti.
My own Menudo that I started to marinade early that day to make it really sumptuous to delight our taste. 🙂 I felt so sorry for not winning the prize for yummiest food. Do I sound bitter here? Seriously a serious joke. 🙂
Buttered mussels from Lyn. She actually won the “First to Finish Food” prize. Basically, the first to finish wins and she did it because the food was so bitin for us. It’s only a small serving and I protest because it’s gone in just a few minutes after it’s served on the table.
Spaghetti from Lyn.. Yummy and the children love it.
From Jing.. Love it though a little salty for my taste buds. I need more rice for this.
Pancit Malabon from Jenny. I’m a lover of pancit so definitely I filled my plate and ate this first.
That’s all folks! Joy exempted herself (thank God because if she prepared her winning sandwich, I bet she would take home the prize) but she provided us all the giveaways and different breads from Walter bread. Thank you so much. I hope to blog about the party soon. I’m already losing momentum and find it hard to catch some words to fit for the party post.
